I managed to get the room on the internet at a budget price and was really pleased. Very large room with a huge bed which was very comfortable. The one thing that would have made it perfect would have been a pool or gym (or even both!)

I enjoyed my time here while attending a wedding. The room was spacious and quiet, nice given how busy it was. The friendly staff made sure we felt welcome. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the sausages. I could appreciate the well-kept gardens that added to the setting. I don't often stay for hotel meals, but everything was satisfactory.
The water situation left something to be desired, as we weren't given any for our second night. It seemed like a small cost-saving measure that affected our stay. The parking was somewhat limited due to a nearby event.

The staff were lovely
The room was freezing. On arrival in our room we had no bedding at too inform reception. There was broken tiles in the bathroom. For what should be a luxury hotel it was poor really. The whole hotel was freezing.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Wrexham. Pleasant clean hotel and staff was exceptional. The room was spotless, it had shower facilities, a hairdryer and dressing gowns. Garden view was pleasant.

We had a lovely three-night stay where we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and relaxing walks in the beautiful gardens. The grounds were perfect for unwinding, with cozy seating areas to soak up the peaceful atmosphere. One little hiccup was that breakfast can get busy, so maybe arrive early to avoid the rush! 😊

Lovely rooms in a great location, with an onsite quality restaurant. the waitresses in the restaurant and the lady behind the bar were particularly friendly and helpful.
The room was very hot through the night despite turning radiator down. Minor niggle only.

Friendly staff and comfy stay!
The staff were super nice and even gave us a dog bed and bowls. The restaurant was great, and we really enjoyed dinner there. Our room was a bit underwhelming for a suite-no comfy seating, just a couple of hard chairs. Still a good experience!
